Off to the Mediterranean

I am off traveling again - this time to the Mediterranean. We've only been on one cruise before so we am excited to travel on water again. It seems the "best" way to get to Spain (where we will embark) is with a quick stop over at Iceland. I think we will be traveling into the sun so I expect to see a sunrise on my flight. I always like to take sunrise and sunset pictures when I am on vacation. 

The month of May seems like a good time to sail from Spain to Rome. The weather should be comfortable and the crowds not so much of a worry. The ship will stop at a different port each day and it will take us to visit 4 countries. If I rub elbows with famous celebrities, I doubt I will even know it. Hopefully, someone will point them out to me. Maybe their yachts will be docked at one of the ports we visit. Should I bring binoculars??

Excursions have been planned, dining reservations made, a new sets of luggage (with spinners) have been purchased so I think we are all set to sail. Now I am thinking of which apps to install so I have something to do on these long flights. Do I dare start to read a book? I think not. I'll never finish it as I'll be busy taking pictures, editing them, and posting them here, I hope. I'd like you to follow along on our cruise and enjoy it too.
